Royal Canadian Air Cadets

The Air Cadet Program is one funded in part by the Department of National Defence and the Air Cadet League of Canada. The Cadet movement is the largest federally funded youth program in Canada, and is open to youth ages 12–18 who are interested in leadership, citizenship, physical fitness, personal discipline and aviation.

715  Mohawk Squadron

715 Mohawk Squadron was formed in 1961 under the command of Flight Lieutenant A.E. “Bunny” Brown. Flt/Lt Brown served as a pilot during World War II, and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross (DFC), one of the highest medals awarded by the Air Force.

Today we cadets continue to enjoy and excel at 715 while enjoying the many activities available to them throughout the week.

We also offer other training and activities such as:

Gliding

Aircrew Survival Training

Band

Sports and Fitness

Orienteering

Marksmanship

Flying Scholarships

Duke of Edinburgh Program

Model Club

Community Service

And most of all GOOD FRIENDS and LOTS OF FUN!
