Tues Apr 10th - Fitness Testing
A reminder that this Tuesday, Apr 10th, we will not be at the Legion, but participating in Fitness testing at
St Elizabeth Seton Elementary School, 5070 Dryden Ave, Burlington, ON L7L 6Y3.
Fitness testing is a mandatory part of Air Cadet training and all cadets must participate.
If you wish to strive to earn your Bronze, Silver, Gold or Excellence Qualification and Badge see the link below for the standards.
Please wear appropriate sports gear, and bring a water bottle. Upon completion of the Fitness Testing we will have some fun and games.
