Coming Up in March

Chili Half Marathon: Mar 3rd

715 is running bag check again at the Chili Half Marathon. Cadets help race participants check their bags for storage, along with potentially some other parts of the race. This time is counted towards cadets volunteer hours.

As always there will be Chili!

When: 0700-1300 (end time dependent on the last runner of the race to subject to change)

Where: Burlington Performing Arts Centre

Dress: Full Uniform, Parka, Toque and Gloves (may be outside for extended periods)

Elections 2019: Mar 5

On March 5th we are running elections again, and this year the cadets at 715 Mohawk are voting on our end of year trip!

We are looking for cadets to come up with some great year end trip ideas.

These ideas should be:

- Within Southern Ontario

- Accessible to all

- Have a reasonable cost

 

March Break Meeting: Mar 5

The CO of 715, Capt Ohanian-May, will be hosting a Parents Meeting on March 5th for all those who have cadets attending or interested in attending this year's March Break Trip.

The meeting will start around 7:15pm in the Museum downstairs, so please stick around after you drop off your cadets.

 

March Break Day Trips: Mar 9, 10 and 11

The sign up for March Break is now closed but for more information regarding the trip please ensure you attend the meeting. Information above.

 

CO's Parade: Mar 26th

Another month another CO's Parade. Be ready for the CO's inspection with hair cuts and shiny boots. There will be presentations as always, so parents you are welcome to come as the parade starts at around 2030 (8:30).

 

Fortino's Bagging Fundraiser: Mar 30-31

715 Squadron has been invited to participate in a unique fundraising opportunity. There will be 18 Cadets needed per shift, and Cadets are to be in full uniform. Cadets are required to organize transportation to and from the store. Lunch will be provided to those cadets who attend the entire day
