SUPPLY

UNIFORM ITEM REPLACEMENT REQUESTS:

For LOST, WORN OUT, or OUTGROWN items only. If you need to request a replacement uniform item, read below and then submit a replacement request. 

​

  1. Submit a ticket using the link below. Make sure you include all pertinent information (especially the current size of the item being replaced)

  2. Follow-up with the Supply Officer or Supply NCM on the following training night (Tuesdays) to determine the status of your request.

  3. Ensure that you follow through with any appointments made to pick up uniform parts. The Supply Department does not follow up on missed appointments.

HOW TO FIND YOUR SIZE ON ISSUED KIT:

NOTE: If you put "SIZE" as "UNKNOWN", the Supply Officer cannot process your request. You should see the Supply Officer during a Training Night to clarify the details you need.

Tunic:  Label is on the inside back just below the collar. Size will be 4 numbers (example - 6738). 

​

Pants:  Label is on the inside on or near the pockets - white label. Size will be 4 numbers for male pants (example - 6738).

Female pants also have a hip size (example 6738 H41 1/2). 

​

Shirts:  Printed on the inside of the neck (collar) at the back (example - Male shirts - 15 or 15 1/2 or similar .... Female shirts M6 or L10 or similar). 

​

Wedge:  Size is on a label inside (example 6 7/8 or 7 1/4 or similar). 

​

Boots:  For the newer boots there is a white label on the inside of the tongue (example 240/102 or 290/106 or similar) - with boots if in doubt please enter your current show size.
